Designed, built, and rolled out the enterprise Claude adoption system across all three surfaces at Eucalyptus — Chat, Cowork, and Code. Dual reporting to CTO and COO.

• Architected three-layer context delivery system: Org Instructions, Skills Registry, and MCP Connectors
• Built 80+ Claude Code production skills across Go microservices, TypeScript, React Native, GraphQL, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Designed pointer-skill pattern for lightweight context injection routing Claude to live organisational data sources
• Drove adoption to 449 MAU and 67% stickiness (DAU/MAU) across all surfaces
• Built privacy-by-design OTel telemetry pipeline on GCP stripping sensitive attributes before export to Datadog and BigQuery
• Navigated HIPAA/PHI deployment constraints — scoped BAA coverage, identified and remediated 90 shadow AI users
